I just watched 360, a program on TV3.

The topic was quite interesting. Freedom from the perspective of today's teenagers. A 15-year old Malay boy who only wanted to be known as "boy" was interviewed and he shared a very thoughtful insight on what embodies freedom. He said something like:

"Kebebasan ni mcm tak nak kena kongkong oleh parents lah. Macam kitorang nak balik lewat malam ke, atau awal pagi. Takde orang nak kongkong. So, kalau boleh saya nak bangun pagi, terus keluar sampai malam".

The reporter then went on and asked him:

"So sampai bila adik nak melepak macam ni?"

The boy replied:

"Kalau boleh nak melepak sampai tua".

And to think that I've constantly wondered why other races rake up all the scholarships? I am severely humiliated. Total abomination.
